Layout & Amenities

The villa spans 140 sq.m. across two levels:

First Floor: Includes three bedrooms – one with an extra-large king-size bed, one with a large king-size bed, and one with a double bed. This floor also has a spacious bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine. A balcony overlooks the sea and garden, offering a serene retreat.

Second Floor: Features a living room with a large sofa-bed, asecond sofa as well as a brezier, a dining table,
a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet. A balcony offers beautiful views of nature and the sea.

Villa “Garden Villa» can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and offers free public parking at the entrance.

Location & Surroundings

The villa is located 300 meters from the beach “Paparouna», in a peaceful area perfect for families and groups. Within 150 meters, you’ll find organized beaches with beach bars and taverns, while 200 meters away, there are beautiful sandy shores with shallow, clear waters.

Just 5 km away, the village of Nea Peramos offers restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, and fantastic beaches. A 15-minute drive will take you to the famous Ammolofi Beach, known for its golden sands and crystal-clear waters.

Villa Garden is less than 8 km from the center of Kavala, making it the perfect destination for a relaxing seaside getaway!
